An email inbox built for how photographers actually work.
Replies from couples land inside the job, not scattered across your Gmail. You send from your own studio domain. Templates with merge tags handle the emails you write every week. Schedule a follow-up to go out Tuesday morning and close the laptop.
Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.
Two-way email inbox in detail.
- Send and receive from your own domain
- On the Studio plan, connect your domain so emails come from hello@yourstudio.com, not a FrameFlow address. Replies thread back into the correct job automatically. Your couples see your studio name, not a third-party platform.
- Replies thread to the job
- When a couple replies to any email you sent through FrameFlow, it lands in the job inbox — not in your personal Gmail where it gets mixed with everything else. Every conversation is in context.
- Templates with merge tags
- Write your "thank you for enquiring" once, your "contract ready" once, your "gallery is live" once. Merge tags pull in the couple's names, the event date, the studio name. Send in seconds; it reads as personal.
- Schedule and snooze
- Write the follow-up now, schedule it for 9am Tuesday. Or snooze a thread until three days before the wedding when it becomes relevant again. Your inbox reflects what actually needs attention.
- Full send history against the job
- Every email sent to the couple — through FrameFlow or replied via the inbox — is logged against the job with timestamps. You always know what they've been told and when.
How it fits with the rest of FrameFlow.
The two-way inbox is connected to FrameFlow's automation engine. Automations send emails on your behalf via the same sending domain. Manual and automated emails all live in the same job thread.
Common questions.
- Do I need to give FrameFlow access to my Gmail?
- No. FrameFlow has its own sending infrastructure. You connect your domain's DNS records (a one-time 10-minute setup) and FrameFlow sends and receives on your behalf. No Gmail OAuth, no forwarding rules.
- What if a couple emails me at my personal address instead?
- Forward it into the job, or reply from there and move forward using FrameFlow. There's no way to force how couples contact you, but once you're using the inbox consistently most couples reply to the thread they're already in.
- Is two-way email available on the free plan?
- Sending from a FrameFlow subdomain is available on the free plan. Sending and receiving on your own custom domain (yourstudio.com) requires the Studio plan.
More features
Build your packages once — full-day, half-day, video-only, the combo. Add optional add-ons the couple can tick themselves (engagement session, a second shooter, a drone hour). When they accept, a contract and deposit invoice generate automatically. The whole sequence from proposal to signed contract takes under 10 minutes of your time.
Shot listPhone-first. Install it to your home screen and the shot list, timeline and vendor cheat sheet stay viewable when signal drops. The group-photo planner adds up the time per set so you know if you'll run over before the celebrant does.
Wedding-day timelineFrameFlow's timeline builder starts pre-filled from the couple's own questionnaire — not from a blank page. Drag the blocks until it's right, share a read-only link with the venue, export a PDF for whoever needs paper.
