The wedding CRM HoneyBook never brought to the UK.
HoneyBook is US and Canada only. British wedding photographers have been making do with Studio Ninja, 17Hats, or whatever spreadsheet evolved over the years. FrameFlow is the modern alternative — full-featured, UK-aware, available today.
Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.
What's different about the UK
Built for how British studios actually work.
- VAT-aware invoicing — toggle inclusive/exclusive per invoice, customise the VAT rate
- Sterling, Euro, and USD pricing on quotes and invoices
- Wedding seasons that span April to October — pipeline reports recognise the seasonality
- Bank transfer, Wise, and Revolut payment instructions baked into invoices
- GDPR-aware data handling — couple data stored in EU regions, exportable on request
What you get
The full platform, tuned for the UK.
- Full feature parity
- Every feature works in the UK — leads, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, timeline, shot list, couple portal, team tracking. Nothing's locked behind a US-only tier.
- VAT-aware invoicing
- Toggle VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive per invoice. Set the rate. Display the VAT number on the invoice template. Year-end exports filter by VAT collected.
- GDPR-aware by design
- Couple data is stored in EU regions (Frankfurt, by default). Every page exports to CSV/JSON, including individual couple data on subject access request.
- Multi-currency on quotes and invoices
- Default to GBP. Switch to EUR or USD per job for destination weddings. Each invoice carries its own currency and payment instructions.

FAQ
Questions from British studios.
- Why isn't HoneyBook in the UK?
- HoneyBook chose to focus on the US and Canada from launch and has stayed there. They don't support UK banking, VAT, or GDPR-compliant data handling. FrameFlow does all three.
- Can FrameFlow handle VAT correctly?
- Yes — set your VAT rate per workspace, toggle VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive per invoice, display your VAT number on the template. Year-end summary filters by VAT collected for your return.
- Is FrameFlow GDPR-compliant?
- Yes — couple data is stored in EU regions by default, every page exports to CSV/JSON, individual subject access requests are supported via the standard export. Our data processing terms are available on request.
