The wedding CRM that actually works in Europe.
HoneyBook is US/Canada only. Most European photographers have been picking between Studio Ninja and Dubsado, or building their own spreadsheet stack. FrameFlow is a modern, EU-friendly alternative — multi-currency, GDPR-aware, and available across the entire EU.
Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.
What's different about Europe
Built for how European studios actually work.
- Multi-currency invoicing — EUR, GBP, CHF, NOK, SEK, DKK, all major European currencies
- VAT-aware per country — different rates for cross-border destination weddings
- GDPR-compliant by design — EU data residency, subject access exports
- SEPA bank transfer, Wise, Revolut payment instructions native
- Time zones from Lisbon to Athens — per-job timezone matches the venue
What you get
The full platform, tuned for Europe.
- Multi-currency from day one
- Quote in EUR for local weddings, GBP for British destinations, CHF for Swiss venues. Each invoice carries its own currency. Year-end reports roll up by currency.
- GDPR-aware by design
- Couple data stored in EU regions. Subject access exports via standard CSV/JSON. Right to deletion supported. Data processing terms available.
- VAT-aware invoicing
- Different VAT rates per country (19% DE, 21% NL, 22% IT, 25% DK). Toggle inclusive/exclusive per invoice. Year-end summary filters by VAT collected per country.
- Destination wedding-friendly
- Set the timezone per job, not per workspace. Switch the invoice currency per couple. Track the venue address in the couple's country.

FAQ
Questions from European studios.
- Does FrameFlow handle cross-border destination weddings?
- Yes — set the timezone per job, the currency per invoice, the venue address per location. Quote in the couple's currency, invoice in the venue's currency, get paid in whichever your bank prefers.
- What about GDPR?
- Couple data is stored in EU regions by default (Frankfurt). Subject access requests are fulfilled via standard CSV/JSON export. Data processing terms (DPA) are available on request.
- Which European countries does FrameFlow work in?
- All of them. The platform is the same everywhere — multi-currency, multi-timezone, multi-VAT-rate. We charge in USD ($240/year) but you can pay on most European cards without additional fees.
