Studio management software for wedding teams.
FrameFlow is built for wedding studios with two to ten shooters — full team roles, per-job assignments, pay tracking that's ready for tax time, and access scoped so each shooter sees only their own jobs.
Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.
Why wedding studios choose FrameFlow.
- 01
Roles and scoped access
Owner, admin, shooter, assistant. Team members see only the jobs they've been assigned — their schedule, shot list, timeline, and what they're owed. Owners see everything.
- 02
Per-job team assignment with rate tracking
Assign your second shooter or assistant to a job with an agreed rate. They see it on their dashboard. Mark paid when you've paid them. Year-end summary ready for tax.
- 03
A single workspace your whole team trusts
No more emailing PDFs and shot lists to second shooters the night before. Everything lives in FrameFlow, and your team sees their copy at the venue.
The features that matter most.
- Workspace invitations with role assignment
- Invite by email. New team members set a password, accept, and they're in. Revoke any time.
- Per-shooter dashboard
- Each team member's home screen shows their next assignments, owed amounts, and the shot lists they need.
- Shareable team schedule
- ICS feed per team member — second shooters can subscribe in Google Calendar / Apple Calendar without a FrameFlow login.
- Pay tracking with year-end summaries
- Agreed rate per job. Mark as paid. Filter by team member and date range. Export for tax.
- Multi-tenant by design
- If you run multiple brands (photo studio + film studio + planning side business), spin up separate workspaces — each with their own pipeline, branding, and team.
- Audit log
- Who edited what, when. Surfaces the audit trail when you need it (or in the event a team dispute arises).
Common questions from wedding studios.
- What roles does FrameFlow support?
- Owner, admin, shooter, and assistant. Owner has full control. Admin can manage jobs and clients but not billing. Shooter and assistant see only assigned jobs.
- Can team members log in on their own devices?
- Yes — each team member has their own login. The PWA installs to their phone for wedding-day access.
- How does pay tracking work for second shooters?
- When you assign a team member to a job, you set a rate (per hour, per day, or per job). When you've paid them, mark it. The year-end summary is filterable by team member and ready to hand to your bookkeeper.
Spin up a workspace and run this weekend through it.
Free plan, no card. Three active jobs is enough to test the whole workflow on a real wedding.
