Made by a wedding studio, for wedding studios.
FrameFlow is built by the team behind Island Films, a wedding photo and film studio in Paphos, Cyprus. Most of our couples fly in from somewhere else, pay in a currency that isn't ours, and plan their day from another time zone.
The studio software we tried was good at the inquiry and the invoice, then disappeared on the wedding day, exactly when we needed the timeline, the shot list and the family groups in our hand. So we built the tool we wanted: one place for leads, quotes, contracts, invoices and the couple's portal, that keeps working on a phone in a chapel with no signal.
What we promise studios
One honest price
Free for up to three active jobs, then $240 a year for the Studio plan with unlimited jobs and team. No tier that holds back the useful features, and no cut of what couples pay you.
Your data stays yours
Export everything as a zip of spreadsheets at any time from Settings. Delete your workspace yourself, whenever you like, and it is gone.
We say what works today
If a feature isn't live yet, the site says so. Card payments through Stripe, for example, are marked as coming soon until they are switched on.
