For wedding photographers

The CRM built for wedding photographers.

Every other CRM was built for generic creative services and bolted on a wedding template. FrameFlow was built for the wedding day from the first commit.

Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.

01 / Why

Why wedding photographers choose FrameFlow.

  1. 01

Built around the wedding day itself

Most CRMs help you book the wedding. FrameFlow stays with you during it — shot list on your phone that stays viewable when signal drops, group-photo planner with running time totals, drag-and-drop timeline you can share with the venue.

  2. 02

    Couple-aware client records

Two first names, sometimes two last names. A wedding date, a venue, a partner's parents, a second shooter. FrameFlow's data model is shaped like a wedding — not retrofitted from a freelancer CRM.

  3. 03

    No payment processor cut

We don't process payments and we don't take a percentage. You record payments manually (bank, Wise, PayPal) or paste your payment instructions into the invoice. The full booking fee lands in your account.

02 / Features

The features that matter most.

01
Pipeline tuned for wedding inquiries
Inquiry → Proposal → Booked → Wrapped. Customisable per studio. Drag jobs across stages and the right automation fires.
02
Contracts with e-signature
Templates with merge tags, signed in two minutes on a phone, full audit log.
03
Multi-installment invoices
Deposit, mid-payment, final balance. Each invoice carries its own payment instructions.
04
Drag-and-drop questionnaire
Build the form once, reuse on every job. Answers pre-fill the timeline.
05
Venue-grade shot list & group-photo planner
The shot list stays viewable on your phone inside a stone chapel when signal drops. Group planner adds up time per set.
06
Couple portal with magic-link sign-in
One link, no password. Contracts, invoices, timeline, gallery — all in one place.
03 / FAQ

Common questions from wedding photographers.

Do I need a separate shot-list app like ShotLace or Timeline Pro?
No. FrameFlow has both natively — shot list and timeline that stay viewable at the venue, group-photo planner with time totals, and a drag-and-drop wedding timeline that's pre-filled from the couple's own questionnaire.
Can I share a Pixieset or Pic-Time gallery with my couples?
Yes — paste the gallery URL into the job and the couple finds it in their portal alongside their contract, invoices and timeline. Any gallery host works (Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof, your own site).
Can I import from HoneyBook / Dubsado / Studio Ninja?
Yes. CSV export from your current CRM, import into FrameFlow. A season of jobs takes about ten minutes.

Spin up a workspace and run this weekend through it.

Free plan, no card. Three active jobs is enough to test the whole workflow on a real wedding.
