Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
FrameFlow is operated by Island Films, an independent wedding studio. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, email info@island-films.com.
1. What you're signing up for
FrameFlow is an open-beta CRM for wedding photo and video studios. Sign up is open to anyone running a wedding studio. You may use it to manage your own studio's leads, jobs, contracts, invoices, and client communication. You may not resell or relabel it.
2. Service changes
During open beta, features may change or break. We do our best to avoid data loss but you should treat FrameFlow as the source of truth for your studio only after you've verified it works for your workflow. We'll always tell you before making a destructive change to your data.
3. Your content
You own your data — client records, contracts, invoices, files. We store it to provide the service. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models. If you cancel, you can export your data; ask us and we'll help.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use FrameFlow to send spam, harass anyone, or store illegal content. Email sending is rate-limited per workspace; abuse can result in your workspace being suspended.
5. Payments
Paid Studio plans are billed via Zoho Books — you'll receive a recurring invoice with payment instructions. If we ever move to in-app subscription billing we'll give you 30 days' notice.
For invoices you send your own couples through FrameFlow, you can connect a Stripe account (Stripe Connect Express) and let them pay by card. Stripe charges their standard processing fee, paid by you to Stripe. FrameFlow takes 0% of those payments. You can also keep using manual payment instructions (bank, Wise, PayPal) instead — that's the default.
6. Cancellation
You can stop using FrameFlow at any time. Email us and we'll close your workspace. We'll keep an exported copy of your data available for 60 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.
7. Liability
FrameFlow is provided "as is". We're a small studio building this for studios like ours; we're not liable for indirect damages (missed bookings, lost revenue, etc.). Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
If we materially change these terms we'll email you. Continuing to use FrameFlow after that counts as agreement.
