Privacy Policy

FrameFlow is operated by Island Films. We're a small studio and we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, email, studio name, and password (hashed — we never see it).
- Studio data: what you put into FrameFlow — clients, leads, jobs, contracts, invoices, files, email templates, etc.
- Usage data:anonymous, aggregated page-view analytics via Vercel Web Analytics. It's cookieless and doesn't identify you or track you across other websites.
- Email: messages you send through FrameFlow are delivered via Resend. Resend sees the content of those messages.
- Calendar:if you connect Google Calendar, we read events to sync them. We don't read events outside the calendars you authorize.
What we do with it
We use your data to operate FrameFlow. We don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train AI models. If you email us for support, we may look at your workspace to help you — and we'll tell you when we do.
Subprocessors
We use these services to run FrameFlow:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — application hosting and cookieless web analytics
- Resend — outbound email delivery
- Google — calendar sync (optional, only if you connect it)
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data, correct anything that's wrong, or have us delete your workspace entirely. Email info@island-films.comand we'll handle it within 30 days.
Retention
We keep your data while your workspace is active. When you cancel, we keep an exported copy available for 60 days then delete it. Backups roll off within 90 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration tokens (Google, etc.) are encrypted at the application layer with a key we control. Workspace data is isolated at the database level so one studio can never see another studio's records.
Children
FrameFlow is for businesses. It's not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we'll email you. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
