Feature · Second-shooter pay tracking

Second-shooter pay tracking, built in.

Assign your second shooter to a job with an agreed rate. They see it on their dashboard. You mark it paid when you've paid them. At year-end, a clean summary is waiting for your bookkeeper.

Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.

What you get

Second-shooter pay tracking in detail.

01
Rate per job
Set a flat rate, an hourly rate, or a day rate per job. Defaults per team member, overridable per booking.
02
Pay-status tracking
"Owed" turns to "Paid" when you mark it. Filter by team member. See who's still waiting on money.
03
Year-end summary
One filterable view of everything you've paid each contractor across the year. Hand it straight to your bookkeeper. Export to CSV.
04
Visible to the contractor
Second shooters see their own owed amounts on their dashboard. No more awkward "hey, did you get my last invoice?" texts.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does FrameFlow handle the actual payment to the second shooter?
No — we're a CRM, not a payments processor. You pay your shooters the way you already do (bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, cash). FrameFlow tracks who's owed what, when you paid them, and rolls it up at year-end.
What about tax forms (W-9, 1099, payslips)?
FrameFlow generates a year-end summary per contractor — total paid, jobs covered, dates. Your bookkeeper uses that to fill in whatever tax form applies in your country.
Can my second shooter see what they're owed?
Yes. Invite them as a team member. They see their assignments and owed amounts on their own dashboard — but only for jobs you've assigned them to.
