Feature · Invoicing

Invoices that don't skim your top line.

FrameFlow doesn't process payments — and doesn't take a cut. You record payments manually (bank, Wise, PayPal) or paste your payment instructions straight into the invoice. The full booking fee lands in your account.

Part of our guide to wedding CRM software.

What you get

Invoicing in detail.

01
Multi-installment by default
Deposit, mid-payment, final balance. Custom split per job. Each invoice has its own due date and status.
02
Per-invoice payment instructions
Bank transfer template, Wise template, PayPal template. Pick which one to attach per invoice. Couples in different countries get different instructions automatically.
03
Manual payment recording
When the money lands in your account, mark it received. No Stripe webhook to debug, no reconciliation pain.
04
Surfaces in the couple portal
Couples see their invoices alongside their contract and timeline. "Due 14 March" status, easy reference for payment.

How it fits with the rest of FrameFlow.

Invoices auto-generate from accepted quotes. The deposit invoice fires when a contract is signed; the final invoice fires when the gallery is delivered. Status changes drive workflow automations.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does FrameFlow really not take a cut of my payments?
Correct. We're a CRM, not a payment processor. You're paid directly — bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, cash — and you mark each payment received. The full booking fee lands in your account, not ours.
What if my couple wants to pay by card?
Use Stripe or Square outside FrameFlow — paste your Stripe payment link into the invoice. Their fees apply to that transaction (we don't add anything on top). Most photographers prefer to skip processor fees on the bigger booking-fee installments.
Can I send automated reminders?
Yes — FrameFlow's automations let you send a polite reminder X days before a due date and a follow-up X days after. Customisable per template.
