- Can I import my Sprout Studio clients and jobs?
- Yes. Export from Sprout Studio as CSV and import into FrameFlow. We map the standard fields — name, email, event date, job value, status. A full season of data takes about ten minutes.
- I use Sprout for gallery delivery. What does FrameFlow use instead?
- FrameFlow works alongside Pixieset, Pic-Time or any gallery host. Paste the gallery URL into the job record and it appears in the couple portal alongside their contract, invoices, questionnaire, and timeline. If you already have a gallery subscription, you don't lose anything.
- Does FrameFlow's automation engine match Sprout Studio's?
- For the wedding-photography workflow, yes. Event-relative triggers ("7 days before the event", "after the gallery is delivered") cover the standard send-questionnaire, send-invoice, send-timeline sequence on every plan. Deeply conditional multi-branch workflows are more limited.
- Does FrameFlow take a cut of my bookings?
- No. Couples pay you directly — bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, cash — using the instructions on your invoice, and you mark it paid. Card payments via Stripe are coming soon with no FrameFlow cut. The full booking fee is yours.
- What's the wedding-day brief PDF?
- It's a single printable document that consolidates your wedding-day timeline, shot list, group-photo plan, vendor contacts, and venue notes — formatted for your second shooter or videography crew to take into the day without needing app access. Sprout Studio doesn't have an equivalent.
